Carlos Correa is the High Presidential Minister for the Regions of Colombia. He held theposition of mayor of Montería (2012-2015), where the City Mayors Foundation of London position of mayor of Montería (2012-2015), where the City Mayors Foundation of London nominated him as the best mayor in the world in 2014, thanks to his leadership and management style. He is also the business manager of the Universidad EAFIT of Medellín with a Master’s degree in Marketing from the IE Business School of Madrid. Previously, Carlos Correa worked in Ecopetrol, Tejicondore, y Proexport Colombia. He has held the positions of: National Director of marketing for the Carulla Vivero Group, Manager of Quesos y Grasas de Alpina S.A. for Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela, and Business Director of Corsa y Franquicias for Hewlett Packard along the Atlantic Coast.
