A Low Carbon Neighborhood is a defined urban area, which seeks to reduce CO2 emissions by low-cost interventions that are created and collectively built with the local community. Typically a Low Carbon Neighborhood considers 5 components: mobility, habitat and biodiversity, agriculture and forestry, renewable energy, and waste management.

During 2017, worked on a participatory process to build a Low Carbon Neighborhood with the support of the Mayor of Envigado, which included: the generation of a diagnosis and baseline of the El Trianón neighborhood, a design thinking process with the community, and the implementation of interventions built collectively.
