Economist from the University of Antioquia with a Masters degree in Development from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. He has complementary studies in Analysis of Public Policies of the School of Government and Public Policies; in Innovation and Leadership at the Inalde Business School; and in Administration of Non-Profit Entities, of Georgetown University. He has taught at the EAFIT University, at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and at the EIA University. He has developed research and several publications on health issues, social protection, poverty, management and public policies; education and social responsibility.
