Electrical Engineer from the National University of Medellin, Financial Management Specialist from the Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana and Master in Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
He is currently Director of Business and Innovation in Sistemas Inteligentes en Red, a company that offers solutions to the needs of the transport and mobility sector by applying world-class information and communication technologies (ICT). He has experience in areas such as planning and operating real-time systems and in the design and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems. He participated in the design, implementation and operation of the Traffic Control Center of Medellin, the first in Colombia to implement ITS systems (Intelligent Transportation Systems) and was Director of the Control Center from 2011 to 2016.
He is also a Green Belt in the methodology Lean Six Sigma and Certified Facilitator in the Lombard Method of Innovation (Design Thinking).
