Executive Director and Co-founder of Pionerasdev, an NGO focused on encouraging and supporting the equitable participation of women in STEAM. Pionerasdev is currently the largest gender focused community of women in tech in Colombia.
Marian Villa is a Google Developer Expert in UI | UX, recognition that she reached as the first woman in the country in 2018. She is CEO and co-founder of EVERSOCIAL digital agency with more than 10 years in the market. She has a double degree as Graphic Designer and Social Communicator – Journalist from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. She has an MA in Marketing from EAFIT University where she developed her undergraduate work on BIG DATA in Business Intelligence. She’s bean leading since 2016 Pionerasdev the largest Community of #WomenInTech in Colombia. Working in this way, to reduce the gender gap in technological careers, focused on the fulfillment of the SDGs specifically in: Quality education, gender equity, decent work and economic growth, reduction of inequalities, cities and sustainable communities, and finally in the building of alliances to achieve these objectives.
