Product design engineer from EAFIT University; MsC. in Engineering with an emphasis in Product Design Management. She has worked as a facilitator in innovation management projects and in research and development projects, both in academia and as a professional. Co-founder of Inmotion Group, a local company and spinoff of the EAFIT University innovation lab that has been dedicated to the development of sustainable mobility solutions for more than 6 years. This organization is dedicated to solving mobility challenges from analytics, the implementation of business models and the development of products. Currently, Manuela is the head of marketing for the same, and as a professor in the department of Product Design Engineering of EAFIT.
