Doctor Osorio is a medical graduate from the CES University and has a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Chile and a Master’s degree in University Management from the University of the Andes. From 2000 to 2015, he served as Dean of the Medical Institution. He has participated in multiple health sector committees and boards at the local and national levels. He is currently the president of the Medical Faculty Association (ASCOFAME).
