Rondón was born in Bogota in January of 1973. He is a public accountant from the Universidad Central of Bogota and is a specialist in financial management and organizational development. He has worked in sectors such as international commerce, credit analysis and credit risks. He has been the manager of subsidiary risks since 2005. In 2008, he designed and took on the management of Environmental Management and from 2011 to 2015 he worked as the director of sustainability for the strategy of environmental and social impact of Bancolombia. Since 2015 he has served as Corporate Director of Sustainability.
