He is an economist, Master in Dynamics Econometrics and Mathematical Models, specialized in Improving Investment Climate. Among the work done in the area of improving the business climate include the Proyecto Andino de Competitividad (PAC–CAF) – in the area of Competitiveness Indicators for Bolivia, Colombia, Peru and Venezuela, conducted by the CAF, Harvard University and the World Economic Forum (Switzerland). He also worked as Coordinator of the Programa Nacional de Simplifi- cación de Trámites del Sistema Boliviano de Productividad y Competitividad (SBPC). He was adviser to the governments of Bolivia, Peru and Argentina in creating Competitiveness Councils. He worked as Senior Manager Administrative Simplification for Proyecto de Reforma Institucional in Peru and Bolivia. Rada Kristtian currently holds the position of Leader of the Cities and Government Program for Latin America and the Caribbean of the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
Regional Coordinator Business Regulation for Latin America and the Caribbean in trade and competitiveness of the World Bank Group. The countries where he has worked on improving the business climate are: Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Honduras, Mexico and Paraguay, where different projects related to improving the investment climate are developed together with the national public sector, local public sector (municipalities) and private sector. He was also the author of the Municipal Scorecard 2007, published by the IFC in Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Nicaragua and Honduras working with 65 major municipalities and prefectures of these countries, this was a work together with the business school INCAE. Kristtian Rada supports as specialist business climate projects supported by IFC-World Bank in Indonesia, Vietnam, Russia and Ukraine. In the last year he has led various Green Building projects and innovation and participated in major events with government entities and municipalities, in different cities of the country and outside it. The results have been satisfactory, reflected in the signing of cooperation agreements with countries such as Costa Rica, Bolivia, Peru and Colombia.
